The year in review
case studies
2009 has been an interesting year. The economy tanked, which meant that communication budgets were slashed. "Do more with less" was the theme across the board and yet, despite the tough times, the year had its share of highlights. Adding to an already diverse list of clients, art270 started a new relationship with W. Atlee Burpee to design and produce two specialty seed and plant catalogs and the accompanying websites. ITT expanded our portfolio of foreign language productions to 27 with the addition of Arabic dialects as they expand their global communications efforts. We welcomed Ultraflex, a specialist in artificial limbs; New York City-based Committee Encouraging Corporate Philanthropy; OBAC International (an importer of specialty bedding); and Kaplan Interiors. From night vision goggles to mattress pads and perennials, the diversity of our portfolio never ceases to amaze me. It keeps us sharp and challenged and awakens us every morning with heads exploding with ideas. As we enter our 25th year we look forward to the challenges the future will bring.
