This exercise will help you to think through your project and provide us with the information we’ll need to provide an estimate or to get started on the project. If you don’t have an answer for any of these questions simply write or click “Don’t know.”

Who are the audiences you are trying to reach?

Will your site require a content management system (CMS)? (This will allow you to make basic changes to content and photos yourself.)

Do you have the basic architecture (in outline form) for your new site already prepared? If it is the same as the current site please indicate so.

Do you need help with project management? (Organizing and gathering information and photos, editing and proofreading copy, etc.)

Will you need copy writing help?

Is your logo and other imagery web-ready?

A web-ready logo comes in a digital format created by your designer on his or her computer. Example file formats would include .ai, .eps, .tiff, or .png.

Do you have color preferences or color requirements for your brand?

Do you have company brand guidelines that we will need to use for this website design?

What functionality or special features would you like to see in the new site? (Examples: calendar, search function, blog, etc.)
